Had the opportunity to go to a wonderful baptism on Mothers Day down in the Chattanooga Branch. Elder Lunceford found Braxton about 1 year ago and just about 4-5 weeks ago he felt impressed to reach out to Braxton again. This time he was ready to prepare for baptism. Elder Lunceford and President Griffin had the opportunity to teach Braxton several times with Elder Martinez and Elder Seely also teaching. It was a great day.... one his wife has waited for many many years.
I also want to take a minute to let you all know that this will most likely be my last post!! Our time here in Tennessee is coming to an end all to quickly. In about 3 weeks we will have movers here packing up all of our things and so i will not have my computer for our last Zone conference or last transfer in June. I hope you all know how much i LOVE your missionaries and that it has been my greatest honor and joy to serve with these wonderful missionaries. My heart is incredibly full as it comes time to leave them. We leave them in great hands. President and Sister Pickett are amazing people and will take very good care of your missionaries!! I have told Sister Pickett about my blog and told her how much you all love it.....But i have no idea if she will do a mission blog!!
If I get the chance to post anymore photos i will probably post them on our face book page.
stevecheriegriffin. God bless you all and thankyou for allowing us this amazing experience with your children. I will love them forever and always!!!

  1. Thank you not only for posting pictures and keeping us posted when our missionaries do not always remember to, but more importantly thank you for loving and taking care of our kids while they are away from home.

  2. Thank you so much for your tender loving care of our sons and daughters! You have blessed our daughter in so many ways. We are so thankful to you. We are not able to attend the meeting you will speak at on July 16th because we will be at the National Scout Jamboree in West Virginia but we look forward to meeting you another time.

  3. beloved guys,it is not good to play games with your own souls. God is for real and HE knows you and HE loves you,but HE has nothing to do with this deception. JESUS wants to save you with his almighty love, but you must have an humble and earnest heart. So then, you too won't need to wear a mask, but you 'll be filled with God's Grace and you 'll live his fellowship on Earth and in Heaven.
